Attendee registration

Presenters of Accepted papers and Committees must be registered (Early registration until 20 July, 2014) for the AsiaJCIS 2014. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register for early registration deadline. The payment can be showed by US dollar or RMB.

1. Registration
Download Form and provide the payment for oversea registration (WORD) or Mainland of China (WORD)
The conference registration fee covers the conference proceedings, access to all sessions, meals during the conference (not including any accommodation charge).
We provide general participant registration rate and full-time student registration rate. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and MUST meet the deadline of July 20, 2014 for both registration payment and revised paper submission (according to the review comments), so as to ensure that the paper is included in AsiaJCIS 2014 proceedings. If the registration fee is not received by this date and if the revised paper (plus a response letter describing the revisions made) is not submitted by this date, the paper will not be included in AsiaJCIS 2014 proceedings.

3. Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be allowed.

4. Invitation Letter and Visa Information
The conference will email an official invitation letter to each registered author upon a request. If you need the invitation letter, please email us your request as well as your affiliation, postal address and fax number to (email omitted in archive) and (email omitted in archive) (Mrs. Shen). As soon as you receive the invitation letter, please apply for visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate/Visa Office in your country.

收到注册费后，会先将发票开好。因此，当您交纳注册费后， 请务必给沈华老师((email omitted in archive), (email omitted in archive) )写封邮件，邮件上除了写明论文编号、论文的题目、作者等信息以外， 另外请写清楚有关开具发票的信息：是开单位还是开个人，若开单位请提供单位的组织机构代码证号， 若开个人请提供个人身份证号。发票上的项目默认为“会议注册费。
