The 22nd Asia Joint Conference on Information Security (AsiaJCIS 2027)
Juntendo University, Japan · August 3–4, 2027
The 22nd Asia Joint Conference on Information Security (AsiaJCIS 2027) will be held at Juntendo University, Japan. This conference focuses on the technical and practical aspects of security applications and will serve as a forum to present new results from the academic research community and the industry. Original papers are solicited for submission to AsiaJCIS. In addition, several distinguished security experts will be invited to give technical talks.

Instructions for Authors
Authors are invited to submit original papers that have not been published and are not under review elsewhere. Submissions must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors have published or submitted in parallel to any other venue with proceedings. All submissions are screened for plagiarism and self-plagiarism, and must follow generally accepted publication and author-ethics standards (no plagiarism or self-plagiarism, no concurrent submission, proper attribution of prior work).
Format. Papers must be written in English and submitted in PDF format, prepared with the official conference template (two-column, US Letter, 8.5" × 11"). Papers are limited to 8 pages, with up to 2 additional pages permitted at an extra charge. The official template will be linked from the Submission page.
Review. AsiaJCIS adopts a double-blind peer review: submitted manuscripts must be anonymized, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or obvious self-references. Each submission is reviewed by at least three Program Committee members. The Program Committee is organized across Japan, China, Korea, and Taiwan, and reviews are assigned across countries to ensure independence.
Categories. The conference has regular papers and short papers. Upon acceptance, the Program Committee decides whether a paper is presented as a regular or a short paper. Posters are solicited separately — see the Call for Posters.
Presentation. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and give an oral presentation at the conference. Papers not presented ("no-shows") are removed from the proceedings and announced as no-show papers on the conference site. See Registration.
Submissions that ignore these guidelines may be rejected without review.

Note
All deadlines are 23:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth). Submission-related deadlines are tentative and may be adjusted; the conference dates (August 3–4, 2027) are confirmed.
Submission Site
The submission site (EasyChair) will be announced shortly. Papers must be submitted in PDF format through EasyChair.
Publication
All accepted papers are published in the AsiaJCIS 2027 conference proceedings, an open-access volume of the EPiC Series in Computing (EasyChair), with a DOI for each paper — the same route used for AsiaJCIS 2025 and 2026. Each contribution appears in a single proceedings.
