Code of Conduct
AsiaJCIS 2027 aims to provide a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. All participants — including attendees, speakers, authors, organizers, and sponsors — are expected to behave professionally and courteously, and to refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct, both at the venue and online.
Exclusion of Antisocial Forces
The conference does not tolerate any involvement of antisocial forces (organized crime groups and related parties). The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation, registration, or sponsorship from any individual or organization that belongs to, or is associated with, antisocial forces, and to decline or return any such contribution.
Right to Decline Participation
The organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to decline or cancel any registration, participation, or sponsorship, including where a person or organization has acted — or is likely to act — in a way that harms the conference, its participants, or its reputation, or where participation would conflict with this Code of Conduct.
Disclaimer
Participation in the conference is at each participant's own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during or in connection with the conference — including to personal belongings, or relating to travel, accommodation, or visa matters — and participants are encouraged to arrange their own insurance. The organizers are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, disputes between participants, or between participants and sponsors.
Reporting
If you experience or witness a violation, please contact the organizers (see the Contact page). Reports will be handled discreetly, and the organizers may take appropriate action, including removal from the conference without a refund.
